The „Tep CES Contest 2015” (contest, the contest) is opened for people aged 18 and over who provide their email address during the registration and accepted these terms and conditions of the contest. The contest is organized by ZeaLab Products Kft., II/7., 45. Osz street, H-6724 (company, we). Participating at the contest is considered as an acceptance of the Privacy Policy. The „Tep CES Contest 2015” last from 2 January 2015 to 9 January 2015 as described below. There are two methods to register for the „Tep CES Contest 2015”:

You will be given the opportunity to unsubscribe on every email that we send.
We accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of applying or accepting the contest. We further disclaim liability for any injuries or damages to your or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the „Tep CES Contest 2015”. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude the liability of the company for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence.
The winners may be required to take part in promotional activity related to the „Tep CES Contest 2015” and the winner shall participate in such activity on company’s reasonable request. The winners consents to use their voice, image, photograph and name for publicity or promotional purposes in any media for an unlimited without additional compensation or prior notice time by the company.
Please consider, while there are no geographical restrictions on participation, there are on the draw and the prizes as specified in the rules below.
You can participate at „Tep CES Contest 2015” by providing your email address online at www.gettep.com/ces or offline at CES 2015 as described above. We are using three different databases for the three methods, but they are subject of the same terms and conditions and the participants chances are equal. The registration will close at 12:00 PM (PST) on 9 January 2015 the email registrations after this date will not be taken into account during the draw.
Before the draw the email addresses will be integrated into the same database, called „draw database”. In the „draw database”, the email addresses will be sorted into alphabetical order and if there are any duplications among the email addresses they will be deleted before the draw from the „draw database” in order to provide equal chances for each participant. An email address count as a duplication if both the local part and the domain part are the same as of an other email address. Each email address will be sorted into a separated row and the number of the row will count as the number of email address as well. For example, the first email address in the alphabetical order will take the row 1 and have the number 1.
The draw will take place at 12:30 PM (PST) from 7 January 2015 to 9 January 2015 January. For the draw, the „True Random Number Generator” of the Random.org will be used. A random number will be generated between 1 and the number of participants for each prize and each time the email address with the same number as the generated number will win. One email address can win more times and participate at more draws.
We will draw two plush giraffes on each day of the draw and a FitBit Charge as a first prize at the last they of the event, on January 9.
The winners will be informed in email immediately after the draw and the prizes will be claimable at the „Tep booth” until the closing time of CES 2015 or the Tep booth, but at least until 17:00 PM, PST.
Please consider, the prizes claimable just at the „Tep booth” and we can not ensure winners will be able to claim their prizes after the „Tep booth” is closed. We are not assume to send the prizes to the winners by post service or courier service.
The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.

If you uninstall Tep from your device, these information will be deleted as well.
However we use Google Analytics to collect anonymous information when you use Tep, such as the number of new users, avarage session duration, number of active users, type of active devices and number of different screen views.
We only use these collected information to improve our customer service and improve our application.
The website use Google Analytics to understand how you use our site and may collect anonymous demographic data about the visitors, such as their gender, age or how long you spend on the site. These information are stored on the servers of Google. We use these Google Analytics collected data to enhance the user experience, evaluating your use of the website and compiling reports on website activity. Our website may also use different cookies in order to enhance user experience.
